About BotConfirm
BotConfirm is a software platform that helps online stores confirm cash-on-delivery orders automatically. When a customer places an order, BotConfirm sends them a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm it. The reply updates the order instantly, so merchants ship only orders that customers actually want.
The problem we solve
In markets where most online purchases are paid on delivery, a large share of orders are never collected: wrong numbers, changed minds, duplicate orders. Each one costs the merchant a delivery fee, a return, and time on the phone. Confirmation calls work, but they are slow, expensive and easy to miss. A WhatsApp message with two buttons is read within minutes and answered with one tap.
How it works
BotConfirm receives the order from the merchant's store (WooCommerce and other platforms) the moment it is placed.
A WhatsApp message with the order details and interactive buttons is sent to the customer, following the rules the merchant configured.
The customer's answer marks the order confirmed or cancelled, and the merchant sees it live on their dashboard.
Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform
BotConfirm sends and receives messages exclusively through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, via an authorised WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. Merchants connect their own WhatsApp Business number; BotConfirm never uses unofficial or reverse-engineered access to WhatsApp.
