Questions merchants ask before starting
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes — messages go out from your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official platform. We walk you through connecting it during onboarding; it takes a few minutes.
Does it work with my store?
WooCommerce is supported today with a single webhook. Shopify and YouCan are next. Any platform that can send an order webhook can be connected.
Can I write the messages myself?
Absolutely. Messages are yours — Arabic, French, Darija or English — with variables like the customer's name, product and amount filled in automatically.
What happens when a customer doesn't reply?
Add a delay and a follow-up message in the automation builder. You decide how long to wait and what to say.
What does a message cost?
Replies from customers are free. Business-initiated messages are billed by Meta per message and passed on at cost — a few cents each in Morocco.
